Absolutely AWFUL product/service so far – VERY difficult setup and contacting support even more so. I’ve had to change my password 3 times because your system says it’s wrong – BAD F- Having to log in to the support ticket and getting a denied message is not a very good way to support someone. I’m almost sorry that I purchased this product. I hope you read this and get back to me with the help I am entitled to.
